562 Broadway

CYLIND Studio delivered an exterior visualization for Project: 562 Broadway, a new residential development in Bayonne, New Jersey (2024), designed by MHS Architects.

The task called for a focused approach and a fast turnaround. A single Plaza view needed to clearly explain how the building engages with the street and how the public space is shaped at ground level.

Working from the provided 3D model, we emphasized the relationship between material hierarchy and everyday activity. The cast stone base and metal panel faсade establish a clear architectural structure, while the coffee shop, residential lobby, and outdoor seating introduce scale, movement, and a sense of daily use. 

This type of task demands a fast understanding of architectural intent and strong team coordination. Our studio combines established processes with an architecture-driven team to support confident work under tight timelines.
