Blending the indoors with the outdoors, we aimed to seamlessly incorporate the mesmerizing Manhattan skyline into the very essence of the penthouse. The result? A captivating fusion of urban energy and interior serenity, inviting residents and guests to embrace inspiration, freedom, and boundless possibilities while basking in the comfort of this sanctuary. With strategically placed furniture and accent lighting, every angle provides a breathtaking view of the twinkling cityscape.

The spacious layout of the dining area features natural materials and rich colours, creating an inviting atmosphere suitable for both intimate gatherings and lively dinner parties with friends. Enhanced by carefully placed lighting, the ambiance is inviting and refined, encouraging guests to linger and savor culinary delights while enjoying the breathtaking views of the iconic Manhattan skyline.

Crafted in a rich ebony hue to match the dining area, it seamlessly complements the noble brilliance of the golden sleek brass island fronts, creating a captivating visual interplay. To offer a comprehensive view of this penthouse, our studio opted for a panoramic presentation of the project. Panoramas let viewers fully immerse themselves in the interior ambiance. We pinpointed five key locations within the penthouse to capture its essence from every angle. From the ergonomic kitchen to the welcoming dining area, from the spacious lounge zone to the private spaces – each panorama provides a glimpse into the luxurious and contemporary lifestyle waiting within these walls.

Step into the lounge zone – a harmonious blend of dark and white hues, complemented by natural materials and bathed in the vibrant glow of Manhattan. The bold black-and-white carpet sets the stage for sophistication, while the overstuffed sofa offers a prime vantage point for taking in the enchanting Manhattan skyline. Accompanied by two armchairs and a low table, along with artful accents and carefully curated lightning, the lounge beckons residents and guests to unwind and enjoy moments of relaxation in this urban oasis.
